- She threatens him, but he retorts that's its no good; she can't very well kill him again.
- The old man, her father, considers his situation: stuck in his corpse, his soul dangling between life and death in a nether-realm outside time and causality. As such, he doesn't spend too much time worrying over the three travelers galloping out of his realm.
