I bought a subscription. How do I access my premium products?

Oh, you want to access the content you paid for? Guess that's okay.

  1. Visit www.shmoop.com.
  2. Click on "Login" in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Log in.
  4. Click on the downward facing arrow next to your username in the upper-right hand corner (or the top of the display on mobile).
  5. A menu will appear. Click "Passes" in that menu.
  6. Your passes are organized by type. Just click the tab you want (Test Prep, Courses, Teaching Guides) and your premium products will be revealed.

If your subscription hasn't expired and you still don't see products in your Passes, send us an email with your username and date of purchase and we'll get on it in a jiffy. (Or a Redenbacher. We're not partial.)
