If Lyle is the Malfoy of Paladin Prophecy, Todd is either Crabbe or Goyle, but with a little more game. It appears that Todd and Brooke had some sort of brief relationship, but he's a jerk. Will takes it upon himself to help Brooke, who is apparently helpless and lets Todd walk all over her. But Will steps in to verbally cut Todd down to size.
Todd may or may not be a bigger threat than Lyle. When Lyle has his spirit devoured by a Wendigo, Todd escapes to bully people another day. And to give the group more opportunities for tasteless jokes about his name, like Nick calling him Ho-Dick and saying, "He registers a constant nine-point-five on the Dickter Scale" (22.97). After he graduates from the Center, Nick should get a job writing for Chuck Lorre.
