How It All Goes Down
- After hacking off his hand, Thomas is handcuffed (how'd they get the cuffs to stay on the stump?) and shipped off.
- Dominick rides along in the police cruiser, and Thomas has him read to him from his bloodstained Bible.
- On the ride, Dominick thinks back to when Thomas was in the hospital. Dominick's ex-wife, Dessa, visited Thomas, but their stepfather, Ray, couldn't bring himself to do it.
- Back in the cruiser, the police say they're not taking Thomas where he normally stays, but to a different hospital: Hatch Forensic Institute.
- Thomas doesn't want to go there (but the name sounds so warm and welcoming), and he starts screaming for Dominick to help him.
