How It All Goes Down
- Ray comes to pick up Dominick from the dealership.
- When Dominick says he's thinking of getting an Isuzu to replace the truck, Ray says he shouldn't get "some Jap piece of shit" (29.14), he should get a Ford. He must not know what Ford stands for.
- Ray takes Dominick to get his prescription filled, and they talk about Thomas and Ray's health along the way (a little numbness in the feet, no big deal).
- Dominick remembers a time he got Thomas in trouble by passing him candy in church. Ray yelled at and abused Thomas, but Dominick remained unscathed (not that he ever owned up to what he did).
- Ray drops him off at the Roods to take down his scaffolding.
- Ruth says Henry is depressed and it's not a good day for him to be here. What do they want? They want him to finish the job, but they never want him there.
- Dominick decides to do everything he can anyway while waiting for Ray.
- While he's taking down some shutters, he sees Henry Rood through the window, staring at him all creepy-like.
- Then, Henry pulls out a gun.
- And he points it…
- Not at Dominick, but at himself.
- As he pulls the trigger, Dominick falls off the roof.
