While there isn't any sex going on behind bars in Piper's book (unlike on the television show), there is a lot of talk about it. Some of these women haven't seen their boyfriends, girlfriends, or sex toys in months or even years, so they're lonely. Speaking of sex toys, we learn how to make a prison pleasure wand, and that "recipe" right there is enough to give this book an R rating.
