- On the way, one of the soldier's orders El Capitan to rest in a tent because he's pretty much crippled. El Capitan refuses to leave Bradwell's side.
- Bradwell also asks him a favor: if he dies, make sure his heart isn't beating anymore.
- Also, take Gorse to his sister.
- The second favor seems reasonable. But the first one's a little strange.
