How It All Goes Down

- All the gods show up to assist Jason and his friends.
- Seriously, guys… all of them: Zeus, Hera, Nike, Ares, Athena, Demeter, Hecate, Hephaestus, Hades, Poseidon, mighty Aphrodite, even the Fates.
- With the help of the gods, Jason and the demigods wipe out all the giants.
- Plus, Jason gets to meet his pops, Zeus, for the first time. Family reunion!
- However, Zeus says that "someone must take the blame for what happened" (49.50). We have no idea what it'll be like to be grounded by a god.
