Alfred

Alfred serves as guide and mentor to both Bruce and Vicki. We only get a hint at the strong bond between Alfred and Bruce during Bruce's dinner with Vicki when he tells her,

BRUCE: Actually, Alfred is my family.

But it is Alfred who admits Vicki into the Bat Cave, revealing Bruce's identity to Vicki. It's a way for Alfred to show Vicki that he trusts her and to guide Bruce toward trusting her, too.
