Case File: Athena vs. Tiresias

Police Reports

Case Description: Complainant (Athena) accuses Defendant (Tiresias) of voyeurism. When Tiresias saw Athena naked and bathing in a spring, the goddess of wisdom was not amused.

Case Status: Case closed. Athena was so ticked off that she struck Tiresias blind. His mother, Chariclo, begged the goddess to reconsider. Athena couldn't make Tiresias see again, but she did wash out his ears so that he could hear the future in the songs of birds.

Addendum: It should be noted that our file on Tiresias vs. Hera directly contradicts the details of this case.
