Quote #4

                                           Ye cannot raise
My head cool-bedded in the flowery grass; (60-61)

The figures representing Love, Ambition, and Poesy cannot get the speaker to rise from the grass. They're no match for the relaxation that the speaker feels when he spends time in nature. Nature even serves as his bed and his pillow, a place where he can mentally retreat to avoid dealing with reality.
