Cady's our #1 girl, mean or otherwise. Mean Girls is the story of her junior year of high school and her journey from, in her words, "home-schooled jungle freak to shiny Plastic to most hated person in the world to actual human being." We experience the events of the story from her perspective, and she even provides voice-over narration that lets us in her carefully-coiffed head.
