Lost in Translation is all about Bob's transformative two-week stay in Tokyo. The story starts when Bob arrives in Japan. The story ends when Bob gets back in his town car and returns to the Tokyo Airport, all smiles. Most of what we seen in between we view from a very Bob-centric perspective. We're rooting for him.
