- After a silent ride home from the wedding, Rachel returns the necklace graciously to Fiona and beings packing her clothes.
- Nick is baffled.
- She angrily asks him about the threesome with Mandy and Francesca.
- Confused, he clarifies the nature of the fling between Francesca and him. He asks what happened at the wedding and who told her all these things.
- She breaks down and tells him all that happened at the bachelorette weekend and the subsequent bullying by Francesca.
- Apologizing, he asks her not to leave, to let him make it up to her.
- She's still mad that he didn't prepare her for all of this.
- Unconvincingly, Nick tries to tell her that she belongs and that everyone loves her, even his parents.
- He has an idea to skip the tea ceremony the next day and go to Malaysia, far far away from everything.
