If you're still considering civil engineering as your major, it probably won't be the worst choice for you to go with. Most people are scared off by the intense load of courses and perceived hard work ahead, but you've bravely read your way through both.
That's almost as good as doing it for real right?
Okay, well, maybe not, but at least it means you've got the drive and could see yourself in this career.
The job satisfaction, which comes in at 67%, isn't half-bad. The salary, however, brings it over the top. You'll be making a lot more money than most people as an engineer. Even though Disney movie-type media wants us to think money doesn't matter, that's what buys us candy and cookies and Pokémon cards.
