Stress
You'll need to cut the ice right and know what you're doing, otherwise you'll have a lot of angry skaters to deal with. If you're cutting for a big game, a big competition, or say, the Olympics, there will be extra eyes on you and some added pressure not to screw up. Otherwise, it's not a high-stress job.
