Food service managers manage food. In theory, everybody likes food. Especially pizza. In fact, if you want to get all mathematical about it, 93% of Americans have eaten pizza at least once in the past month (source). With all this cheese love going around, you might expect some cheese merchants to become popular. And you'd be right.

Restaurateurs have a bunch of avenues to fame these days, from starring in one of the billion restaurant-themed television shows on the Food Channel to simply being listed in the local paper as one of the top joints at which to eat in your town. The trick is to be either really, really good at what you do, or really, really bad. Either way, it's free publicity...though we'd still recommend the "good" option if you're actually planning this out.
