Well, your brand can be famous. Kombucha. Sriracha. Kong Tacos. But you? Not that you don't have what it takes, but it's more about the product here, no?
That's right, don't be a glutton for attention. Focus on the work, and if you do well, maybe you'll make the cover of Niche Food Entrepreneur magazine (if it existed).
Some folks name their product after themselves (e.g. Amy's Frozen Foods), but in some cases that would seem...sort of unnecessarily egotistical, y'know? Let's face it, they probably wouldn't have sold as many Oreo cookies if they were called Amy-os.
