The Old William Munny

Will has been down the outlaw, hired-killer road before, so he doesn't really have any need for a mentor, per se. If there is one, though, it would have to be some older version of himself, some inner demon, that he carries around with him. He has to rely on the skill and mentality that this other Munny has in order to carry out his mission (first, killing Quick Mike and Davey, second, killing Little Bill).

But the old Will Munny was there all along. He was just hibernating.
