When people say "fun for the whole family," they're usually talking about cheeseball comedies that end with joyful holiday reunions. The Sting, though, is actually fun for pretty much everyone.

Is there blood? Yes; of the neon-red 1970s variety. Is there sex? Yeah…but all you see is the closing of a hotel room door as Robert Redford goes inside.

All in all, this is a movie where 2/3 of the onscreen murders turn out to have been faked and 100% of the onscreen exotic dancers are wearing pasties. Watch it with your grandparents.
