Captain Queenan

Frank Costello tries hard to be a mentor to Billy, but Billy only ever pretends to follow his advice. The real mentor behind the scenes is Captain Queenan, who first convinced Billy to become an undercover cop and who gives him valuable advice throughout his struggles. Unfortunately, Queenan eventually dies, and without him, Billy nearly loses his mind when he no longer has someone guiding him through his job.
