Richard Throckett Straker Timeline & Summary

Straker meets up with Barlow at some point, probably in England. They hit it off because vampires like bald dudes.
Straker makes a deal with Lawrence Crockett in 1974 to buy the Marsten House and a storefront.
In 1975, Straker comes to 'Salem's Lot and kills Win Purinton's dog, Doc, because vampires are scared of dogs with white markings on their eyes. Bald guys are good; white-eyed dogs are bad. Memorize that, and you can be a vampire, too.
Straker sacrifices Ralphie Glick in a Satanic ritual to open the town for Barlow.
Straker arranges for Barlow's coffin and 100 giraffes to be moved to the Marsten House basement.
Okay, no giraffes.
Straker shows up at his antique store and charms the populace.
Straker catches Susan and Mark sneaking around the Marsten House; he puts Susan in the basement and ties Mark up.
Mark escapes and bashes Straker in the head with a cot leg just before nightfall.
Barlow finds the bloody Straker, and all the blood is so good he can't restrain himself, so he kills him Straker. Barlow is hard on the help.
Straker's dead body, bled white, is left hanging upside down in the Marsten House for the vampire hunters to find.
