Frank Chalmers Timeline & Summary

On the Ares, Frank has an on-again, off-again relationship with Maya before she turns it off permanently for John.
Frank arrives on Mars at the same time as everyone else and does his thing.
After killing John, Frank revises the Mars Treaty in a way he hopes will prevent the transnats from wrecking the place.
Frank goes on a working vacation with Zeyk and his mining caravan.
When Frank returns, he finds his efforts have had no effect—the transnats are wrecking the planet like it's a freshman dorm.
Using his political clout, Frank tries to fix the problems but can't keep up with all the issues.
He also rekindles the flame with Maya (because that went so well last time).
The Martian revolution begins.
He and Maya are later found in Cairo by Nadia, Ann, Simon, and Sax.
Frank tries to use his political know-how to bring things to a swift conclusion but is unable to pull this off.
After the destruction of Phobos, Frank knows the transnats and the U.N. will be gunning for the First Hundred; an invasion on Cairo shows how right he is.
He escapes with the others, thanks to help from Michel and Kasei.
While traveling the canyons toward Hiroko's refuge, Ann accidentally gets the transport stuck.
Frank manages to get it unstuck, but a deluge of water washes him away. Frank dies in the cold surf.
