- Suddenly, a soldier named Col. "Bat" Guano (guano is bat poop) bursts into the room with a gun and arrests Mandrake.
- The British officer tells Guano that he's figured out the recall code, but Guano is suspicious and doesn't even know what Mandrake's talking about.
- Mandrake tries to call the War Room from a red office phone, but all the shooting outside has knocked out the phone lines.
